The one she has now is 20110683[Edit Inv].  Not hers.  She
is also missing her flash drive that was lying on
her desk.

She called and said that the computer is not hers.
 Nicole answered and told me.  I called her back
asking for the WOU# of the machine that she does have.

I return Wilburta's system unit. She informed me
that Nathan stop by and fixed the network jack. I
connected the machine it work fine.

Nathan came over and worked on the port for a
little while and everything is working
consistently.  She would like her tower back to
her now since it has been fixed.

Check Wilburta's office and did several
troubleshooting on her system trying to find out
the problem with the network connection
fluctuating. I change the cable but it still
fluctuate. I spoke with Lori regarding the task
and she give me a tools to test the network jack
on the wall.The problem could be faulty network jack.

She called this morning and said she can't connect
to any internet. She needs to have banner working
for year end stuff.  She has also restarted and
checked the network cable and nothing seems to be
connecting.

Finished scan.  Seemed good to go.  She will let
us know if it comes up again.  

She also wanted to know more about Google chat,
which I showed her.  One of her coworkers had it
configured differently, but Willy would try it out
this way for now.

Let her know to save things onto her network drives.  
Used revo to uninstall some of the visible
problems.  Running malwarebytes.  Will check in
with her tomorrow.

She is worried she has a virus.  Every time she
opens IE or FireFox, it says it is doing a speed
dial. She has also had a lot of pop ups come up on
her computer.  We tried to uninstall a couple of
the pop ups but it is still having issues.

She is in till 5 today.  Tomorrow she is here all
day but lunch 12-1.
