Hi -- I received a call related to express
transcribe software that had some install issues.
I think it's request 53984. Thanks for following up!

Unfortunately, I didn't meet with my RAs this week
to have them try and do the install. I can let you
know next week after they have tried the software
download.

Hello,

Thank you  for choosing NCH Software. On a
computer you can create several user profiles,
license only works for one. The installation is
not shared between all user profiles. You can
install and register for a single user account only.

She says there was two extra downloads from the
license that they would like to put on this computer.

There are 4 other computers in TODD305 and her
computer that are giving an error about the trial
version is expired.  She needs to have the product
key entered.  The software is Express Scribe.

I was able to get hold of Stephanie on Friday and
completed her installations. We both tested the
program that was installed and it work just fine.

I left a voice mail for Stephanie earlier today
regarding her task. She later called the help desk
during the afternoon hours and said she available.
I took the peripheral box over at her office and
help her do the setup.Due to time factor I
couldn't complete the task. Promise to complete
the task tomorrow.
