Removed more than a dozen spyware and malware 
programs - cleaned up startup, program files and 
registry to completely remove viruses that 
Sophos/Malwarebytes partially removed but had 
reinstalled themselves from active processes. 
Manually removed all viruses and malware, then ran 
Malwarebytes. Restarted the computer multiple 
times and updated programs - no viruses or malware 
came back after being removed.

She had her husband come over and ran malware and
the virus scan said it was all removed and they
ran it again to make sure.  She would like to make
sure sophos is doing its job now.  She is around
Tuesday and Wednesday morning and all day Thursday.

She called to say she is around for another 45mins
today.  She would like a call or vm about when
this will be looked at.

Sohpos is saying she has a virus.  She tries to
get rid of them and then an hour later it will say
they are back and she keeps trying to get rid of
them. She has ran the full scan and nothing is
going away.  Computer has been restarted after
every scan.

She is in till 1130 today. She is not in tomorrow.
