I was able to get hold of Kim and help her resolve
the problem with her settings on her computer.The
font size of her messages in gmail was very small
I was able to increase the font size to the normal
size by pressing CLT key and + sign. I also work
on the resolution on her system.

She has restarted her computer but all of the
stuff on her webpages disappears unless she hovers
over it.  She tried to change the settings in her
Firefox but it is still acting very strange.  Her
toolbars look funny as well.  I tried to walk her
through some things but she would like someone to
come look at it.

She is on campus till 330 today and then she is
not sure when she will be back on campus with her
laptop.
