iLife 11 is installed on computer and up-to-date.  
Connected HUm-3 from Krusty and HU-Copier via IP 
address.  Tested printing on both machines to make 
sure printing is successful.  Jaime is an 
administrative user on the machine.  Connected H 
drive, I drive (Humanities), J drive, and K drive.  
Made sure they will open upon login and restarts.

Jaime can contact us for any assistance he needs 
using his computer.

This is a new Tenure track hire for Spanish. The
case will arrive sometime tomorrow and I will put
it with laptop at that point.  If he asks about
additional software(ENDNOTE and ATLAS ti) those
are being ordered by his Division after the new
fiscal year and we will arrange their installation
later on this Summer. He is teaching a summer
course so please contact him soon via
marroquinj@wou.edu(email is preferred) to schedule
delivery of laptop early next week

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A MacBook Pro needs to be setup and delivered to Jaime 
Marroquin in HSS 307. The WOU # of the computer is 20131114[Edit Inv]. 
He will be arriving next week (week of June 30) and will be teaching over the 
summer, so this setup needs to be done as soon as possible! If you are not able 
to reach him, you may also contact Mylisa Behling (ext. 88408) in humanities. 
The new equipment is on the counter in ITC 008.
