Check the problem with the printer and realize
that the cable wasn't properly plug in the
printer. She promise to call Tricia regarding
getting a longer USB cable.

She also needs a longer Ethernet cable for her
printer as well.  She needs 15+ ft.

She is in tomorrow all morning.

When she hits file>print, her computer gives her
an error message that says USB is not available.

She has tried restarting her computer and checked
all the cables and the printer just stays at a
green light and ready.  Everything she tries to
print says the same error.
