Installed and licensed Offie Pro Plus 2013, ran 
updates on all software, went through each object 
on GFA PC checklist (Placed with laptop). Missing 
device found, was fixed when I installed the 
laptop model's chipset drivers with USB3.0 
support.

GFA checklist completed. Laptop placed back in 
ITC008.

I have tried to reimage but it did not work out. I 
also tried to dban but it gave me error at the very 
end step. Lesley told me we have to create a 
window7cd and then we will try to delete everything 
on hard disk.

Taylor in NPE 206. The WOU # is 20131049[Edit Inv]. If she is unavailable, you may also 
contact Diana McAlpine (ext. 88908). The equipment is in a black case on the 
shelves across from the restroom in ITC 009.
