front desk and swap the power supply or us it as
your computer. PS closest one to the door. Make
sure Rectrac and Idtech get reinstalled.

Computer is out of warranty.  The department will 
have to replace the computer or pay for a new PSU.  
They can contact Tricia for any computer costs or 
I would have to get a quote from Dell for the 
replacement PSU cost.  Let me know which route 
they decide to take.

Hi,

It appears that the power supply of your computer
failed.  Unfortunately, it is no longer under
warranty, nor do we have a spare to swap. 

You will need to either purchase a new power
supply, or purchase a new computer. 
-  to purchase a new power supply, you can contact
Lori Burgeson at 88955 or burgesonl@wou.edu to
obtain a Dell quote. 

- to purchase a new computer, you can contact
Tricia Flaherty at 88904 or flahert@wou.edu for a
quote.  You would then submit a purchase request
to Joanie, our purchasing agent. 

Until you decide, your loaner is set up with
RecTrac, and both card devices are installed.

Let us know if you have any questions or
experience issues with the loaner,

couldn't find it on the t:drive.  They said
"Allen" would be able to take care of that for them.

Natasha called and said that there will be
students with keys to open her office all day.  If
no one is around Ben Paul in the next office will
also have a set of keys.  She requests that this
be done as early as possible, because her computer
has special programs on it that she will be
needing after 1:00pm.

She tried to turn her computer on and it made a
very loud noise and the computer power button just
keeps blinking orange.  She can't get the computer
to turn on at all.  I had her check the power
supple light and it was green.
