Check the problem with the network connection on
the system. His system is connected a small
switch, I just unplug the power cord for few
seconds and later power it up. That solve the problem.

He is around all day and will leave his door
unlocked just in case he steps out.

He has restarted his computer but his internet
still isn't working.  Error "windows can't
communicate with source" is what keeps popping up
when trying to get on internet.  He was on a wired
connection on his desktop.
