These are not standard laptop models.  One set of
three is a simple low tech model(Latitude 3340)
for note reading and the other is another model
specifically for notetakers(Latitude E7240). 
These laptops should get base images with Office
and the following people set up as administrators:
Stacey Rainey raineys@wou.edu and Louann Brant
brantl@wou.edu
The typewell software will be installed by the
disability services office as they have access to
the web portal and software installation
details(not managed by UCS).  They can both be
contacts for final delivery as well
