The problem with this laptop was that it would not
turn on. It turned on. Laptop has been returned to
David Olson.

Dave dropped it off om Friday. Miles took a look at 
it. Dave just said it didn't work. Miles said it was 
suck in windows update. Contacting Dave today.

Did he drop off his laptop so we can figure out what exactly needs 
to be fixed to allow for a proper quote from Dell?  Please get more 
information and let him know he needs to leave his laptop with us 
for further testing.  Also, we need to know what happened.
