We detected a lot of viruses on the system and we 
ran malwarebyte and it didn't solve the problem so 
we reimaged the machine and did necessary setup.

Her computer is running too slow. When he loads
webpages it takes an extra long time. 

She has not looked to see if there are any viruses
but she didn't know what a virus pop up would look
like.
