Went over to NPE to have a look at the mac 
computer - I did a restart and everything looked 
fine. It seems the user hasn't shutdown his 
machine for sometime.He has to shutdown after 
working hours; just to make sure it clears the old 
cache from the memory. If the problem persist 
tomorrow; we would have to re-image the machine.

He is still having the same problems.  He walked
in and it froze right away.

Check the system and did several troubleshooting
on his system. I ask him to observed the system
for several day and see if he still encounter the
same problem. But at the moment the machine work
just fine.

He came in this morning and the computer would 
not even let him log in. I sent Dyl down to go 
look at it.

Went over we there and ran couple updates. Looks 
like  everything worked fine. He logged in and 
everything works fine no freezing, system ran good. 
Just going  to leave this ticket open for couple 
days incase he calls back

He called today to say his computer is still
running really slow.  The computer freezes up
right away after he turns it on and he can't get
any work done.

He is around most of the day.

Computer is freezing multiple times a day. Lately 
it is freezing more often, he has to restart the 
computer each time it does it. 

Started freezing about a week ago.
