I got a new RAM(256MB memory expansion)for the 
printer(HP Laserjet P3005).
Steps taken:
1.Turned of the printer from the switch.
2.Disconnected the power cable and usb cable.
3.Removed the side panel- by sliding it towards 
the rear of the device.
4.I opened the access door by pulling the metal 
casing.
5.Took out the old RAM and replaced it with the 
NEW RAM(256MB- DDR2, SDRAM DIMM ; and closed the 
access door.
6.I placed back the external casing.

Switched on the printer and I ran a test print to 
confirm the memory installation was successful 
Everything looked fine.

Gavin emailed me to let me know that when they go
to print bigger jobs they receive the error
message: insufficient memory.
