Talked to Ashley, they just want to use the
computer for presenting, but can't login to mash
because of network limitations at the training
sites.  

Next training is in 3 weeks.  

Task reassigned to UCS Tech.

She called and would like the computer to have a
local user account. She wants a generic username
and password so everyone uses the same thing to
log on to this computer.

She would like username to be wcpi

I put notes on the computer to make sure this is
done when they pick up computer.

Please make sure they connect to ethernet and
login when they come to pick the laptop up at the
front. 

They would like to just be able to logon to the
computer and use what's on there.  Trying to do
that now.

She called back.  I explained to her about XP,
Windows 7 licensing, hardware, and related costs.
 She is going to talk to her Director about what
they would like to do.  

The machine is XP. We talked to Tricia she said
that they are not available for a GFA.  Also they
can pay for XP license or they could pay for more
hardware to support a windows 7 image.

Computer needs to be wiped of everything.  She
would like it re-imaged.  The computer was for an
old employee.  Ashley Jackson will be the new name
for the laptop.
