She wanted her bookmarks off another machine that 
was being used by another staff member. I went to 
the other computer to try to restore her bookmarks 
to a file and transfer them, but the computer's 
new user had already wiped the browsers completely 
when he received the machine so there were no 
favorites/bookmarks backups.

Explained to Amanda - she was fine with it and 
said to close out the ticket.

She will be in her office till 4 today.  She was
on conference call earlier.

Going over there to check it out.

She can't seem to find her bookmarks anywhere.  I
had her look at IE and Firefox toolbar but nothing
is showing there.

Went over there - the "wireless card" was a 
wireless USB stick for her keyboard and monitor, 
and she wanted it hooked into the monitor's USB 
ports so the port would be free on her computer. 
Set up the monitor so the USB ports could be used 
(cable was in her desk) and got the monitor and 
usb stick working with the mouse and keyboard.

Also changed power options on her laptop so she 
could close it without it going to sleep.

Status changed from (5) Completed to (1) Pending

She has a wireless card that goes in the back of
her monitor that she would like to use for her
wireless set up.  She needs someone to come and
hook it up.

She also would like some speakers if possible.  
Dale had told her that there might be extras
around that she can have.

20101296 and 20101315 will be going to the 
childhood development center. 

The tech had taken the "bowling bowl mouse" and
she would like it back.

We need to make sure the adobe license is
transferred from old computer 20120824 properly. 
It didn't  have a deactivate option.  Maybe Tricia
has to do it?

She is available all day today.

She has had problems with people coming over and
things not getting completed so she wants to make
sure everything is ready to go and can get completed.

She does not have a docking station.

Setup monitor WOU # 20130701 for Mandy Stanley in TODD 222.
This monitor is already in Mandy's office, but needs to be setup 
with laptop WOU # 20130700.
She has an existing desktop station that is being replaced with this 
new setup. Please ask where she would like the old station to go 
(we would like it to stay with TRI-contact Aaron East or Cindi Mafit).
