task all the program works just fine.

Check Nora's office to help her resolve the
problem she was encountering with her system. I
realize fire fox needed to be updated that was the
reason she wasn't able to lunch it. I also help
her resolve the problem with banner by installing
the latest version of java on her system. We made
an appointment to meet tomorrow at the hour of
9:30am to complete her task.

Nora has given us the WOU number of her monitor.  
Please replace with the WOU number of her computer 
so we can better track what has been done to her 
machine.

Domain error fixed by unjoining the domain, 
renaming the machine - she was able to log in, but 
when she did she said she was missing desktop 
shortcuts and that the monitor settings were 
different.

I had her call the front desk at 88925 since this 
seems to be a different issue.

When she turned on her computer this morning, she
gets an error at the log in screen that says "the
trust relationship between this work station and
primary domain failed".  She can't get onto the
computer and it keeps looping to this error.

She is around till 2 today.
