I have tried setting up appointments with her, but she has been unable to bring her laptop in at those times. In case she contacts UCS, this ticket should contain all the information you need for the process. You might want to ask her if she has any additional software on her machine as well when she is able to bring it in. If she doesn't make it in while I am out, feel free to pass the ticket back to me and I will make contact again.	Add Attachment

She is approved for SPSS 21 or 22 so it is up to her for which one she would like installed. She emailed today on 11/10 and wanted to bring her computer in at 7:30am which we are not open and I informed her on that. Sorry to have missed you, I have injured by brachial plexus nerve bundle and am working from home. I will be on campus next Thursday (July 17th) and can bring my computer by early in the morning ¿ I believe you need to re-image/re-load my computer (I believe that is it) so that the application and updates are on my Apple acct and not WOU.
