I am going to close out the current ticket we have regarding the alert you have seen with the system battery voltage being low as a new ticket will be created once we receive the replacement machine. I talked to lori and she said its out of warranty and we cannot do anything about hardware. I already went to MNB and explained to Sharon.	Add Attachment

He was running an update and when it rebooted, this is the error it gave. MNB110- room is locked so see Sharon Price or Scott to get in.	Add Attachment
