Check the printer and realize it was out of toner.
Changing the toner to a new one solve the problem.
It works just fine.

Hi! I have a Xerox Phaser 3250 (20130404) here in
my office (ED 114B) that is not working properly.
I have a steady red light below the "!" symbol and
it is totally unresponsive. It has paper and I
don't see a paper jam. Is this a UCS question, or
do I have to go through my division office? Thanks!
