Check the problem with the printer and realize the
problem was low toner. Changing the toner solve
the problem.

There is a red light on the printer and when he
tries to print multiple documents to it, it
doesn't go.  There is a green check mark on his
computer when he goes to print to it.  He has
tried restarting his printer and still same error.
 Nothing is getting printed.

Xerox phaser3250 is what he hits when he prints.

He is around till about 3 today.
