Check the problem with her computer she informed
me that the problem she was encountering was been
unable to access her I Drive. I restarted her
system and that solve the problem.

She said that when she tries to connecting to the
internet there is an error with Thunderbolt that
is not allowing her to connect 

She will be in her office all day, but the sooner
someone can come check it out the better.
