Check the problem the user was encountering with
the USB mouse not working. I realize the problem
was a faulty mouse.

He has tried multiple mice in different ports and
it is not responding.  I had him try a different
USB jump drive and it isn't seeing anything
either.  Nothing he puts in is working.  

He is around all day and would like someone ASAP
because he has a grant that is due at the end of
the day.
