Printer was frozen and trying to cancel a job.

Printer is fixed now - cancelled all jobs and 
restarted the printer.

Printed a test page from a nearby machine and a 
config page, no errors now.

The printer has not stopped printing pages with
random symbols.  She pulled out the trey of paper
so it would stop but it has printed probably 50
pages like this and never stopped.  The door is
unlocked.
