She did mention that the student would need access to Banner and Microsoft Office. Please let me know if there is any other information we need to know in moving forward with the request. I need to know what the usage of this client is before we can replace and determine where the funding of the replacement comes from. Do you know if this is used as a student access station or an office desktop station? Is it kiosk stype access or is it a general business Offcie workstation? As these clients were redistributed in the past they were not kept track of and moved into place with little or no record updates.	Add Attachment
