Chris has shut the machine off until we can get 
things sorted out.  Moving this ticket to Megan 
since she has been in contact with Xerox regarding 
this printer.  They need to send us a replacement 
PagePack printer.

Someone from the info desk called this morning and
said it is still having issues accepting ink and
wanted to know the status.  I told them it is
still open ticket and looks like they are checking
some things out still.

Cannot fix machine without metered supplies code.

Tried calling both our PagePack provider and Xerox 
and both mentioned that this printers is not under 
a PagePack contract.  Sent an email to Tricia 
since she is out today for any clarification or 
why the machine would not have that type of 
contract.

The library is having the same issue with the
printer not accepting ink as it did on another
printer. The issue isn't on the one in the 24 hour
lab again but on a different printer 	

"The printer is working but it says it is low on
ink and whenever they try to add 8870 ink to the
printer, it says it is the wrong cartridge.

They can't get it to accept any ink."
