Unplugged and plugged back the ethernet cable and ran 
troubleshoot. everything worked fine.

she started up her computer and it says there is
no internet connection.  She has checked the
cables and restarted her computer but all browsers
are saying she has no internet access.  The error
reads "no network connected".

She is around till 11.
