Reimaged the machine. Installed and updated all the 
softwares.She double checked everything. I will go double check 
with her next week wednesday because she is going on vacation 
tomorrow. She also had W20030199 monitor so i asked lori and 
replaced her monitor with W20090606. 

Called her and went to her office she explained me which softwares 
she want back and i have taken notes. I am reimaging this machine 
and will deliver to her by tomorrow. 

Computer is here - had her log in as well.Pulling 
favorites off browsers before imaging.

If Alex is around hand it over to him, otherwise
just assign it back to ucstech and anyone can
start on this.

Called her - she is backing up her stuff and will be 
bringing the machine over supposedly today.

Status changed from (1) Pending to (7) Waiting for Contact

Her machine is W#20100754, and it is running 
Windows XP.

Was able to install Camtasia, but Snagit would not 
install, saying this program requires a newer 
version of Windows. Also updated Sophos.

She does not like XP and wants Windows 7 - the 
machine is 2010 and has a Windows 7 sticker on it.

Hi Alex, sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I was 
out of town this week. I will be in the office
