Lexie gave me a volume key -
FJ82H-XT6CR-J8D7P-XQJJ2-GPDD4

I changed the key to that and it worked after
using CMD to force activation. The product is
activated now.

Problem solved.

She called in for a windows error that is
happening on Thomas Breyers computer. When he is
on windows on the bottom right hand corner he
gets a message that pops up and says Windows not
genuine. When he logged in today he got a message
asking him to register his windows. They would
like someone to come down and look at this.
***Please call Crystal as the main contact and
Thomas as the second contact***
