restarted printer and they both were able to print.

from a Nick Moore about working on the printer
that is malfunctioning (I never received a service
request number or confirmation email); I am now
back from lunch and will be in the office until
5:00pm.

The computers wou#20091120[Edit Inv] and #20091021[Edit Inv] cannot
connect to the printer in the mail room.

She will be out of her office at lunch until 1 and
would like someone to come by then.
