E-mail set-up on the Apple-mail has been set-up 
and was successful.I used the following 
configuration below because his e-mails were 
bouncing back whenever he tried sending an e-mail 
out:

Incoming server: imap.googlemail.com
Outgoing Server: smtp.googlemail.com

So, I had to recreate the account on Apple-mail 
using the new configuration above .I ran a couple 
of test mails to confirm he could send and receive 
e-mails and everything worked fine.

Scheduled a meeting with Josh Today by 10:00AM to 
set-up his e-mail account on Apple mail.

of his co-worker and he informed me he's out for
the day. Promise to check his office on Monday.

Needs help switching from PC outlook to Apple
mail. He is now able to receive emails through
Apple mail but whenever ever he tries to send any
it bounces back to him saying that it was reject
by the server.

that works best for both of you.
