engraved before we can give it back to user.  
Inventory has been updated.

The purchase request has been put in.  Request 
#7894.  Ipad is ready to be picked up from 
Corvallis.  Just waiting for the check.

Hi Darla,

I received an iPad with a cracked screen (WOU# 
20121197).  Our inventory records show it belongs 
to Melanie Landon-Hays.  I will be taking the iPad 
in to the Mac Store today for repairs.  Although 
the iPad is still under warranty, a cracked screen 
is not and the charge will be in the $50 range.  
After I take it in, I will receive a quote for the 
cost of the repair.  I will forward that to you 
for repair approval.  I will just need an index 
code to charge if you approve the repair.

Just wanted to give you a heads up.  I am also 
going to create a service request with you as the 
contact.  Please let me know if you have any 
questions.
