She can now print word documents with all graphics 
as required.

I had to work on the alignment setting on the word 
document.I set it to default format so that future 
printing task would follow the same settings.

She is having trouble with Word not printing word
graphics but the rest of the document will print.
She will like to be contacted by phone or email
and is available today from 2-5 and all day Monday.
