Got in touch with Chelsee and she only needed those 
two issues addressed.  Bringing laptop back over to 
her.

Changed computer name and moved to correct OU.  
Added Chelsee as an administrative user on laptop.

After rejoining to domain, computer was able to 
pull admin users on the machine.  Uninstalled and 
reinstalled Sophos.  Updating is working

Cannot get sophos to update

Tried going into user settings and is unable to
access them. Thinks maybe she is not an admin and
she needs to be so if she isn't, she requests to
be given admin rights.
