I was able to get hold of Jane. With
troubleshooting done on the system I realize the
machine DVI cable wasn't connected to the system.
Reconnecting the cable solve the problem.

The screen is not working and they have restarted
and it has not resolved itself. Turned monitor on
and off, not working. Black screen with color bars
and reads "Self-test feature check". 
Located in the catering kitchen bottom floor of
WUC. Open until 5 for working.
