The printer was printing out some strange prints
when Sue was printing off her machine. I brought
the printer back and did testing off my computer
for three days. I could not duplicate the issue.
Sue got a new GFA, she will let me know if the
printer starts acting up. I believe her old
computer was infected which was causing the issue.

She's having some issue with her office printer.
It's jamming frequently and is very squeaky. It
also prints unreliably, she said sometimes it will
print only parts of a document, or will print
lines on her document that don't belong and
sometimes it just doesn't print at all.
It is not a networked printer.

She's available this afternoon after 3:30.
