with David to replace the fan.  I will need the 
broken fan.

here within 24-48 hours pending Dell approval.

and we are going to warranty the part. the new
part will take 1 to 2 days to arrive here. so
after we receive the new fan I will get back to
you about when a good time for you is available to

the computers fan is malfunctioning causing a
noise, i unpluged the fan from the mother board
for now. looking at swapping fans with a bad/DBAN
computer. will contact tomorrow.

His computer starting making load whirring sounds
so he shut it off and when he did he said it made
a loud grinding sound. He wants someone to check
it out cause he said it sounded like a
fan/possible hard drive issue?

He'll be in his office until 5pm.
