Deborah has an install disk that has printer
drivers, ptpublisher, and surething labelmaker. 
Installed surething, got the printer drivers and
ptpublisher from the website (primera.com) for
windows 8 compatibility.  

FYI, the printer is connected to the PC with a USB
and 2 esata cables.  

The esata card driver had to be installed (sol/lms
chipset for windows 7).  

In device manager: other devices -> Primera Pro
Publisher -> update -> drivers on this computer ->
Printers -> Primera ->xi Pro.

Still need to confirm with one of the video people
that it works.

Taking lunch.  Checked Windows updates and had one
of their people try to recreate the error.  It
froze and now the program won't open.  There was
also a driver missing in Device Manager.

Need tech service on 20091306[Edit Inv] recently install in
Digital Production Services (DPS)
This machine has Windows 8 on it and is used to
run our DVD/Bluray duplicator.  The duplicator
works, but now the Windows program is crashing -
getting a full blue screen that says "Windows has
incurred a problem and is restarting computer" 
this is a quick message before it automatically
restarts.
    
Some bug perhaps?
