ran updates on windows and browsers. returned and plugged in the 
computer.

swapped HDD with another computer. now running,
motherboard was the problem out of warranty. gave
back computer.

looked like a power source error. brought the
computer back to UCS swapped the PSU with a spare
computers after the swap tried to turn on the
computer and still will not power up. need to
speak with lori tomorrow about what to do next.

The computer went into power saving mode and she
wasn't able to turn it off or do anything with it.
She even tried a hard reset, just unplugging it
from the wall and when she plugged it back in she
sai "DELL" flashed across the screen and then it
just went back into a power saving mode, and the
light on the computer is flashing yellow. 

She'll be available today from 3:30-5 and tomorrow
from 8-12 and 3-5
