Check Carter's office and brought his machine to
UCS lab to do some troubleshooting on his system
unit. With the trouble shooting done I realize
that the system had two cooling fan and one stop
working.The machine had a lot of dust in the
system unit I used the blower to remove the dust
from the machine and did some virus scanned. Lori
ask me to informed Carter to contact Tricia about
the process of getting new machine because the
machine is windows XP and it is old and out of
warranty. Carter promise to contact Tricia next
week regarding the process.I return he machine at
the moment it work just fine.

Vikas mentioned that Steve was inquiring about a 
new computer.  Since they are not GFA computers, I 
mentioned to Vikas that Steve should talk with 
Tricia about replacement options.  I also 
mentioned that he should mention to Tricia what 
software he is currently running so we can make 
sure it is compatible with Win7 if they replace 
the computer.

Told Vikas to run CCleaner on the machine, delete 
any browser cache, cookies, history, and clean up 
a bit to see if we can get it to run more 
effeciently

I just went over there scan the computer no viruses and everything 
working fine. I also talked to lori and she suggested me to tell him 
to talk to tricia about new machine.

His fan went out on his computer and that has been
fixed but now he feels there is a virus on his
computer.
