resolution. He has been told of his options, mostly 
involving a new computer.

Hello,

Recently I had a monitor installed; however there
appears to be something
wrong with the resolution and the images are not
as sharp as they should be.

In addition, just today, I started getting an
error pop-up message about a
USB port.  (It's not showing right now, so I
cannot give you the exact
message...?)

Please let me know when someone might be able to
take a look at my monitor.
