Spoke to Lori and we would need to confirm the 
warranty for the machine to replace the hard-drive.

Desktop machine still having hard-drive 
issue.Sometimes it boots-up and sometimes the boot-
up fails.Had to bring the machine back to office for 
further diagnostics.

So went over TODD 220 to check on the desktop with 
wou#:20130035- it had an error message "Alert HDD 
not found".I opened up the machine and checked the 
HDD cables if they were well connected and,
I changed the boot sequence and from HDD to USB as 
the first primary boot and the HDD as the second 
boot(while the machine was just booting-up).
The computer boot-up was successful and she was 
able to log-on appropriately.Had to restart the 
machine just to ensure the error message wasn't 
coming up; and everything looked fine. The laptop 
with wou#: 20121148[Edit Inv] was fine - I just reconnected 
laptop on wou-secure wifi and it worked fine.

She said that both her laptop and her desktop have
been randomly shutting down and restarting. Now
her desktop has an error message that says "Alert,
hard drive not found"
She is needing someone over there as soon possible
