Dropped-off Mona's machine wou#: 20130570- it's fine 
now.Just completed the set-up at her office.Although 
she wasn't around at her office but her colleague 
was around to assist.

Her loaner is not letting her log in. It gives an
error that says  "The Security database on the
Server does not have a computer account for the
work station trust relationship". She needs to do
some work this weekend so she either needs a new
loaner or have this one fixed.

Just retrieved Mona's laptop from APSC501- it has 
to be imaged as planned.She was assigned a loaner 
machine with wou#: 20111085[Edit Inv] excluding the 
powerpack(she has docking station in her office).
She has a special application called "Student 
Access" which will be installed by Shondra Russell
because it has specific Microsoft Access database 
to use.

I was given access to Mona's machine today, at her 
office - it's infected with an adware virus called 
"123HD.exe".So, we might need to re-image the 
machine because its pulling down other viruses 
onto her laptop.I'll explain to her tomorrow 
during our scheduled meeting. I did run the anti-
malware program, sophos and ccleaner - but that 
didn't help.

Thank you so much for your response.

The problem is that I am not here working for the 
most part during the 8-5 times, Monday-Friday.

I would be here at 1ish tomorrow and possibly on 
Thursday at noonish and that is it this week.  I 
come into the office after 5 p.m. 

Would either of these highlighted times work for 
someone to meet me at the Upward Bound Office, 
APSC 5th floor?

Hello Mona,

We got a request from you - regarding your machine 
running really slow.
So, I was wondering what day and time would be 
convenient to come over to your office and look at 
your machine?

Also, ensure all you data(e.g documents, pdf's, 
ppt docs. etc)on your laptop are moved over to 
your h:drive - just as precautionary plan.

Her computer is always running really slow.  The
computer will freeze up when she is typing or
trying to open a program.  She has tried
restarting multiple times and she still has the
same problem.

She works weekends and nights so email her to set
up a time that works.
