She came to pick it up. I let her know to back up 
her files onto the drives.

The computer started up okay.  Her files appear to
be intact.  I left a VM letting her know it's
ready to be given back, also recommended she save
to her network drives (she had a bunch of files on
her desktop).

There was water spilled on it and now when she
tries to turn it on it has a start up menu to
repair it.  She can't ever get the computer to work.  

She is wondering if there is anything that can be
recovered too.
