I was able to get hold of Laron at Maaske Hall. I
updated his Firefox browser and the problem he was
encountering earlier was resolve.

He needs his Firefox updated.  Mike Soukup asked a
tech to do this for him since he can't over the
phone.  His DegreeWorks wasn't working and this is
the fix.

He is available all day tomorrow but would prefer
in the morning, if possible.
