its a throw away printer... can't order parts.
Talked with Darla about it and also emailed Carmen
to let her know.

Sorry for the late response. My printer number's
20081035[Edit Inv]. I hope you can do some maintenance
because just now I tried to print, and the paper
got stuck. And, I left the cover on top of the
printer because I don't know where it goes.
