According to our inventory, it doesnt look like you had any specialty software installed on your machine other than Microsoft Office, but I wanted to confirm that with you. Please let me know if you had any licensed software that was purchased/installed on your machine so I can get that reloaded for you. I will let you know when you laptop is ready. Thanks!
