Staples. I removed the old kit and inserted the

Talked to Rip today. They received the part but it
came in damaged. He will let me know when they get
the new part in.

Rip,

I came by earlier this morning and took a look at
the xerox. I installed a new wiper blade. The
streaks are still present, I need to come back and
do some more testing. I will be by tomorrow to
work on it some more. Do you have a new
maintenance kit for the printer?

Rip,

Can you please order one. The printer does show it
have 50% life left but it looks super old. When
the maintenance kits have been using the same
cleaning oils it starts to break down over years.

I recommend getting the Extended-Capacity Cleaning
Unit/Maintenance Kit, 8570/8870/8700/8900 because
it is a better deal in the long run.

Checked out printer - slight streaking does occur. 
Maintenance kit is good, and they have already tried 
basic troubleshooting.

The print outs have streaks in them especially
when double side color printing.  

Troubleshooting - clean jets, ignore jets, reset
jets all through the printer controls also made
sure ink tray was emptied, looked over roller to
make sure they were free of debris.

No error messages.
