Reimaged the machine. Did following things:

W20130736
Install and update Sophos
Changed DNS settings and power options
Checked flash player on all the browsers.
Checked and update all the drivers
Made user as an admin
Added to AD
Run gp updates and window updates
Microsoft office and windows are activated.
