The dell monitor wou#:20050807[Edit Inv] is faulty,the 
display would not come on.Had to replace the 
monitor with a spare monitor(wou#:20070187) from 
our office. Then, configured the display setting 
and everything looked fine.

His monitor went black. He plugged in another
monitor to see if a different one would work and
it did.  So his monitor is not working..everything
is completely black.  He checked all cables and
plugs and it isn't responding.

Computer is on and logged in if he isn't there,
you can come look at it still.
